Chata Granit je velmi drahocenný poklad s dlouholetou historií, který je pod správou příspěvkové organizace Sportovního zařízení městě Příbram. V roce 2021 došlo k úplné rekonstrukci pokojů, které byly přetransformovány do podoby apartmánů. V rámci tohoto progresu byly pokoje vybaveny novým nábytkem a obohaceny bezdrátovým internetovým připojením. Apartmány v prvním patře disponují také tevelizory. V přízemí jsou televizory k dispozici ve společenské místnosti a v dětském koutku.
V současné době je chata členěna na 7 samostatných apartmánů, které jsou v rámci velikosti, počtu lůžek, vybavenosti a celkového komfortu, rozděleny do třech kategorií. Složení celé kapacity je tvořeno dvěma šestilůžkovými pokoji, dvěma třílůžkovými pokoji, kdy každý z těchto pokojů disponuje kromě vestavěného sociálního zařízení také vlastním kuchyňským koutem, což může být především pro rodiny velmi příjemné. Celkovou ubytovací kapacitu doplňují tři čtyřlůžkové pokoje. I tyto pokoje vlastní privátní sociální zařízení a dále svůj kuchyňský prostor ve společné místnosti. Každá kuchyňka disponuje kuchyňskou linkou, lednicí, mikrovlnnou troubou, rychlovarnou konvicí a dvouplotýnkovou varnou deskou. V kuchyňkách dále najdete: Talíře velké, střední, misky střední, hrnky, sklenice, sklenice na víno, velkou mísu plastovou, sadu kastrolů - 5 dílná, sadu nožů - 4 dílná, vývrtku na víno, pánvičku, příbory, lžíce a malé lžičky, brousek na nože, naběračku, struhadlo, prkénko, cedník, škrabku na brambory, měchačku, utěrku, houbičku na nádobí a saponát na nádobí.
V rámci zvýšení pohodlí našich návštěvníků byl celkový počet lůžek oproti původnímu stavu snížen a v současnosti je chata koncipována pro 30 osob. Pro všechny rekreanty je přístupná společenská místnost s televizí a dále pro nejmenší dětský koutek. Součástí chaty i venkovní krytá terasa, která nabízí krásný výhled na Šumavu.
Velmi přívětivou polohu chaty Granit doplňuje svah s lyžařským vlekem u Horejšů, který se nachází v těsné blízkosti chaty, co by z okna sněhovou koulí dohodil. Pro charakteristiku této sjezdovky je význačné podotknout, že se jedná o ideální svah pro rodiny s malými dětmi. Pro náročnější lyžaře se nedaleko nachází lyžařský areál Zadov – Kobyla, který svou kvalitou a náročností uspokojí i náročnější lyžaře a snowboarďáky. Pro milovníky běžeckého lyžování nabízí blízké okolí udržované běžecké stopy, po kterých je možné se dostat i do jiných lyžařských středisek. V letním období si přijdou na své turisté, cyklisté i sběrači hub a borůvek.
Objekt je celoročně přístupný a je možné si zde zarezervovat jak rodinnou rekreaci, tak školní či firemní akci. Pronajmout si pokoj, nebo klidně celou chatu.

HUTTE GRANIT
Die Hütte Granit ist ein sehr wertvoller Schatz mit langer Geschichte, der von einer Beitragsorganisation der Sportanlage der Stadt Příbram verwaltet wird. 2021 erfolgte ein kompletter Umbau der Zimmer, die in Wohnungen umgewandelt wurden. Als Teil dieses Fortschritts wurden die Zimmer mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet und mit drahtlosem Internetzugang angereichert. Die Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss verfügen zusätzlich über einen Fernseher. Im Erdgeschoss stehen Fernseher im Gemeinschaftsraum und in der Kinderecke zur Verfügung.
Derzeit ist das Ferienhaus in 7 separate Wohnungen aufgeteilt, die sich in Größe, Bettenzahl, Ausstattung und Gesamtkomfort in drei Kategorien einteilen. Die Zusammensetzung der gesamten Kapazität besteht aus zwei Sechsbettzimmern, zwei Dreibettzimmern, von denen jedes neben einem eingebauten Badezimmer eine eigene Küchenzeile hat, was besonders für Familien sehr angenehm sein kann. Die gesamte Unterkunftskapazität wird durch drei Vierbettzimmer ergänzt. Diese Zimmer verfügen auch über ein eigenes Bad und einen Küchenbereich im Gemeinschaftsraum. Jede Küche verfügt über eine Küchenzeile, einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, einen Wasserkocher und ein Doppelkochfeld. In den Küchen finden Sie außerdem: große Teller, mittelgroße, mittelgroße Schüsseln, Becher, Gläser, Weingläser, große Kunststoffschüssel, Topfset - 5-teilig, Messerset - 4-teilig, Weinkorkenzieher, Bratpfanne, Besteck, Löffel und kleine Löffel, Messerschärfer, Schöpfkelle, Reibe, Schneidebrett, Sieb, Kartoffelschäler, Mixer, Geschirrtuch, Spülschwamm und Spülmittel.
Im Zuge der Erhöhung des Komforts für unsere Besucher wurde die Gesamtzahl der Betten gegenüber dem ursprünglichen Zustand reduziert und das Ferienhaus ist derzeit für 30 Personen ausgelegt. Es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Fernseher für alle Urlauber und eine kleine Kinderecke. Das Ferienhaus hat auch eine überdachte Außenterrasse, die einen herrlichen Blick auf den Böhmerwald bietet.
Die sehr freundliche Lage der Hütte Granit wird durch die Piste mit dem Skilift Horejšů ergänzt, der sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Hütte befindet und einen Schneeball aus dem Fenster werfen würde. Für die Eigenschaften dieser Skipiste ist es wichtig zu erwähnen, dass dies eine ideale Piste für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist. Für anspruchsvollere Skifahrer befindet sich in der Nähe das Skigebiet Zadov - Kobyla, das mit seiner Qualität und Schwierigkeit auch die anspruchsvollsten Skifahrer und Snowboarder zufrieden stellen wird. Für Liebhaber des Langlaufs bietet die nahe Umgebung gepflegte Langlaufloipen, von denen aus es möglich ist, in andere Skigebiete zu gelangen. Im Sommer kommen Touristen, Radfahrer und Pilz- und Blaubeersammler auf ihre Kosten.
Das Gebäude ist das ganze Jahr über zugänglich und es ist möglich, sowohl Familienerholung als auch Schul- oder Firmenveranstaltungen zu buchen. Mieten Sie ein Zimmer oder ruhig das ganze Ferienhaus.
COTTAGE GRANIT
Cottage Granit is a very valuable treasure with a long history, which is managed by a contributory organization of the Sports Facility of the city of Příbram. In 2021, there was a complete reconstruction of the rooms, which were transformed into apartments. As part of this progress, the rooms were equipped with new furniture and enriched with wireless internet access. The apartments on the first floor also have TVs. On the ground floor, TVs are available in the common room and in the children's corner.
Currently, the cottage is divided into 7 separate apartments, which are divided into three categories in terms of size, number of beds, facilities and overall comfort. The composition of the entire capacity consists of two six-bed rooms, two triple rooms, each of which has, in addition to a built-in bathroom, its own kitchenette, which can be very pleasant, especially for families. The total accommodation capacity is supplemented by three four-bed rooms. These rooms also have a private bathroom and a kitchen area in the common room. Each kitchen has a kitchen unit, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle and a double hob. In the kitchens you will also find: Large plates, medium, medium bowls, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, large plastic bowl, set of pots - 5 pieces, set of knives - 4 pieces, wine corkscrew, frying pan, cutlery, spoons and small spoons, knife sharpener, ladle, grater, cutting board, colander, potato peeler, mixer, tea towel, dish sponge and dish detergent.
As part of increasing the comfort of our visitors, the total number of beds has been reduced compared to the original state and currently the cottage is designed for 30 people. There is a common room with a TV for all holidaymakers and a small children's corner. The cottage also has an outdoor covered terrace, which offers beautiful views of the Bohemian Forest.
The very friendly location of the Granit cottage is complemented by the slope with the ski lift at Horejšů, which is located in close proximity to the cottage, which would throw a snowball out of the window. For the characteristics of this ski slope, it is significant to note that this is an ideal slope for families with small children. For more demanding skiers, the Zadov - Kobyla ski area is located nearby, which will satisfy even the most demanding skiers and snowboarders with its quality and difficulty. For lovers of cross-country skiing, the nearby area offers maintained cross-country trails, after which it is possible to get to other ski resorts. In summer, tourists, cyclists and mushroom and blueberry pickers will enjoy themselves.
The building is accessible all year round and it is possible to book both family recreation and school or corporate events. Rent a room or quietly the whole cottage.
